LAGOS STATE GOVERNMENT REFUNDS 145 FORMER SUBSCRIBERS OF EGAN HOUSING ESTATE
Nigeria’s foremost technology company, SoftAlliance, has promised to deepen its relationship with the Federal Government to provide tech-driven solutions to enhance the coordination of government’s workforce.
Chairman of SoftAlliance, Tunde Badejo, made the promise when he led his team to visit the Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs. Esther Didi Walson-Jack, at the Federal Secretariat in Abuja.
Badejo restated the company’s commitment to deepening its long-standing partnership with the Federal Government, particularly the office of the Head of Service of the Federation.
Since 2011, SoftAlliance has been responsible for the implementation of the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS), with the successful implementation of Oracle EBS (Enterprise Business Suite) and infrastructure. It also has its homegrown Human Resources and Payroll solution – SoftSuite, which was implemented in 2018 to reduce the FX burden on the government. It currently manages the payroll for the Nigerian Police Force, Military, Paramilitary Agencies and the FCT.
The tech solution is also currently used in Ekiti, Oyo, Bayelsa, Lagos and Niger states.

Badejo assured the HoS of SoftAlliance’s commitment towards delivering efficient digital systems, and promised to continue leveraging technology to improve efficiency, transparency, and service delivery within the public sector.
“We are also committed to deploying the best class solutions that will aid the government in addressing some of the issues currently faced such as the bloated workforce and other IT gaps.
“We are confident that this visit will strengthen our collaboration with the Federal Government to achieve an efficient and modernised civil service.
Over the last 20 years, SoftAlliance has launched innovations that have helped both public and private sector to service their IT needs. Such include SoftSuite, a human resources and payroll management application; SoftTAX which has helped to make tax collection and compliance easier; SoftPAY which ensures secure, convenient financial transactions, and PlateDetect which is used for traffic administration, among others.
