Ojelabi to Nigerians: together we can achieve greatness

Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State Cornelius Ojelabi has urged Nigerians to work together so the country can achieve greatness

Ojelabi also reaffirmed the party’s commitment to the ideals of unity and inclusivity, economic growth and development, good governance and accountability.

The chairman, in his independence message to Lagosians, said the party will continue to work tirelessly for a better Nigeria, Lagos empowering youths, the communities, and uplifting our citizens.

He said: “Today, we reflect on our country’s journey and the progress we’ve made together. We honour the sacrifices of our founding fathers and the resilience of our people.

“As a party, we reaffirm our commitment to our party’s ideals:- unity and inclusivity, economic growth and development, good governance and accountability. Thank you for your dedication and hard work. We want to assure you that we hear your voices, feel your pains, and share your aspirations.

“Our party remains dedicated to addressing challenges by empowering local farmers through our agricultural programs, supporting small businesses and artisans with micro-credit initiatives, enhancing education and skills training for our youths, investing in rural infrastructure development, and many more.

‘Let us work together to build a better Nigeria and a better Lagos, starting from our local communities. You are the backbone of our great nation and state. Together, we can achieve greatness.”
