Ojelabi mourns Ex-APC Welfare Officer Alhaja Bankole 

Chairman of the Lagos State All Progressives Congress (APC) Cornelius Ojelabi has commiserated with the family of Alhaja Ramota Bankole, who died in Saudi Arabia after performing the Hajj.

The late Alhaja Bankole was the party’s former welfare officer. She was said to be among pilgrims that died following an excessive heat wave recorded in the holy land.

Ojelabi described the death as unfortunate, noting that the late politician was a very resourceful and dependable party loyalist who implemented assignments given to her diligently and satisfactorily.

He said: “On behalf of the Lagos APC, we condole with the Bankole family on the demise of Alhaja Ramota, the former welfare officer of our party. We pray the Lord will give the family, the APC and all her loved ones the fortitude to be bear the loss.

“Her memories will linger because of her great contributions to the party at the state and the grassroots.”
